Diper Tour accepts different kinds of payment methods. But we ask for your understand that all of our quotations do not include payment transfer fees. So please cover money transfer fees.
Bank Transfer
It's very convenient to pay by bank transfer if you have an online bank account. Transferring money via bank saves costs for the amount more than USD1500. Transfer fee is around USD20-40 (covered by you) for one time transferring according to different banks. Bank transfer is safe and cost-saving, but it takes several days for the payment to reach us.
Paypal & Credit Card
You can choose paypal if you have an account or don't have an account. You can also pay via credit card without a paypal account. In this way, there's 4% charge fee (covered by you) from paypal. Your personal travel consultant will send you “Money Request” or "Payment Link"email to you.
Western Union Transfer
Western Union is as fast as paypal, but may be not that convenient in some countries comparing to other two ways. There's also charge fee (covered by you) from Western Union and differes from each city. Please contact your personal travel consultant for the details to pay via Western Union.
Privacy Policy
Diper Tour keeps all your personal information confidential. We guarantee that all your info will be only used in your tour arrangements. The info will not be disclosed to any unrelated party without your permission.
Cancelation Policy
If you must cancel your trip after payment, please contact your personal travel consultant. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation. Diper Tour reserves the right to levy cancellation fees when such charges are levied by suppliers, hotels, carriers, restaurants or any other contractors.
There will be NO REFUNDS given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
Traveler substitutions are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees. After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
All payments for travel services not provided to the passenger shall be refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with Diper Tour' cancellation policy:
Cancellations by clients
1. 21 days prior to arrival date : 20 % of total amount
2. 14-20 days prior to arrival date : 50% of total amount
3. 7-13 days prior to arrival date: 80% penalty
4. Within 7 days prior to arrival date or No Show : 100% penalty
5. Please note: the unrefundable fees and additional cancellation fees, if applicable, imposed by the service providers other than Diper Tour (i.e. airlines, hotels, etc.) will be deducted in the money refunded.
Cancellations due to inevitable situation
If there are any unexpected issues such as bad weather, natural disaster, war, serious political issues, economic issues and regional tour destination issues, we cannot guarantee you a full refund but we will try to compensate the refundable portion to the extent we are able to obtain refunds from the related parties.

We had a great 10 day vacation in Japan( from Osaka to Tokyo). With Celine and Diper tour’s assistance, everything went well. From Universal & Disneyland tickets to tourist spots & attraction, we really had no hassle and enjoy every place that we visited. Thank you very much Celine, very prompt to reply our emails and suggested what’s best for our tour. Special mention to Ian our tour guide driver in Tokyo who really speaks english well that also gave us some tips and backgrounds on places. All in all we had fun and had a great time. DT offers a flexible and a convenient way for us to only go to places we want to go. Being a private tour, it allows us to customise and as such, see more places than conventional tours. We had a fuss free and enjoyable time in Japan, thanks to Abby and her ground crew. Our driver, Cavin was excellent throughout, very considerate and careful. He even went to the extent to make sure my wife only bought local Japanese biscuits n delicacies from local (cheaper n more variety) shops rather than from touristy shops. We travelled in comfortable and clean Toyota Alphard throughout our journey. They can get closer to certain sites which are surrounded by narrow roads or alleys. Abby was very patient and accommodating with our requests and changes. She ensures our entire journey went like clockwork. No hesitation in recommending Diper Tours. Thanks Abby
